| To become a Real Estate Salesperson in South Carolina you must successfully complete an approved classroom pre-license real estate course of at least 60 hours. |
| All brokers and sales associates are required to complete 8 hrs of approved course work every 2 yr renewal period. The eight hrs shall include a minimum of 2 hrs of instruction in current federal and state laws affecting brokers and salesmen (core courses). |
