Successfully complete 75 hours of Board-approved courses covering the topics required by the Board in subjects related to real estate appraisal. This must include 15 hours of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). |

After completion the 75 hour course you may submit your application, course completion certificate and $320 license fee. You will be issued an apprentice permit which may be renewed up to 5 times. |

Apprentice Appraisers must be supervised by a licensed or certified appraiser while obtaining their 250 experience points. The first 75 experience points must be under the direct supervision of the senior appraiser. This experience must be present on the experience log and must be obtained within no less than 24 months.
