At this time, Appraisal courses in South Carolina are not available online as the Appraisers Board currently does not allow courses to be taken via distance learning.
A summary of the South Carolina State Requirements is posted to assist you in understanding the minimum education, experience, and examination requirements established by the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board to obtain and maintain a license as a Real Estate Appraiser.
